Paul Thorschmidt, Senior Vice President, and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser joined R.D. Geronimo LTD. in March of 2006 and will continue to provide his valuation expertise at R.D. Geronimo and Associates.

 

Mr. Thorschmidt graduated from State University of New York at Oneonta in 1994.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with a dual minor in Accounting and Finance.  Paul began his career at MSC Industrial Supply company, a leading direct marketer and distributor of industrial tools and supplies, as a Sales/Purchasing Analyst.  Paul was quickly recognized for his analytical ability and team spirit and was promoted to Inventory Manager to oversee a staff of five and over $40 million in inventory.  Paul has appraised a broad range of residential, mixed-use, retail, industrial and office properties.  Special assignments have included mark-to-market rental studies and land development.
